The TEAC UD-H01 is a dual digital/analog converter containing two BurrBrown® DAC chipsets (Type 1795) and a Tenor® USB Audio Interface.  These components make the UD-H01 equal a stand alone, high performance external sound card.  This means that digital audio data from an external PC will be converted to an analog signal in high resolution HiFi quality using up to 32bit, 192 kHz conversion technology. The UD-H01 is supplied with both balanced and unbalanced audio output connectors and a headphone connector complete with separate volume control. Two audio inputs (digital RCA and optical) allow connecting additional sources i.e. CD or DVD player.

 

The M2Tech HiFace USB to coaxial digital adapter provides the highest quality digital audio up to 192kHz/24bit S/PDIF audio format available from your PC or MAC. The Peachtree Audio DAC*iT is a D-to-A converter designed to bring your audio system into the new millennium using the computer you already own. Optimized for computer and streaming audio music devices, the DAC*iT features the three most important digital inputs, USB for your computer, optical and coaxial for any other type of streamer or CD/DVD player.

All three inputs take advantage of the high-resolution ESS Sabre32 9022 DAC chip and hot-rodded analog output section. This eliminates the need for expensive sound cards and effectively replaces the weak analog output section built in to streaming devices.
